I would like to express my appreciation of the works recently carried out for your firm at the catholic church of our Christ the King at Perranporth. The job consisted of demolition of the existing concrete block walls and their replacement by heavy duty fencing. Various secondary tasks were involved, but not least being the disposal of the remains of the walls.
Right from the outset , it was clear that we found the right contractor, your response to my initial inquiry was most helpful, and your inspection of the site on the following day was much appreciated. You immediately grasped our requirements, and gave much helpful advice coupled with suggestions for the improvement of our ideas.
The work itself was both started and finished on time, and there were no hidden extras, all of which was gratifying. You made every effort to keep disruption of our church schedules to an absolute minimum. The members of your team were unfailing polite, cheerful and cooperative. In addition , I was impressed by the care taken to ensure both the safety of your men and of visitors to the church, together with the precautions for safeguarding traffic and pedestrians in the adjoining street (including those waiting near the church). When all works were completed you made every effort to ensure that the church grounds were restored to good order.
I am very grateful for all that you did for us. We shall have no hesitation in consulting you in the future, shall the need arise. Needless to say, shall I recommend your firm most heartily to anyone who is considering works of construction and maintenance.
